Who is behind Solana Bounties, and how is it kept accurate?
Solana Bounties is written by EZO Labs, which builds and runs make.fun. Every bounty in the table on the home page is a make.fun bounty, and make.fun pays all of its rewards in USDC on Solana. You should weigh what we write knowing that.
Why a separate site about Solana bounties
Searching for Solana bounties turns up very different things under one label: ecosystem tasks from Solana teams, security programs for on-chain protocols, hackathons, and competitions graded by a metric. They differ in who judges the work, whether the money is held in an on-chain escrow, and what you need in order to receive it. A newcomer can lose a week to a listing whose terms they would have skipped had they read them first.
This site keeps two things side by side: a short, dated board of the make.fun bounties closest to on-chain work, and a plain account of how payment reaches a Solana wallet, wherever the bounty came from.
Where our facts come from
Statements about another platform are taken from that platform's own help pages or documentation, and each page names the source and the date it was read. Token details, such as the USDC mint address, come from the issuer's published list. Numbers that change daily, like the count of open bounties and their combined rewards, are fetched from make.fun when the site is rebuilt and carry the date they were fetched.
What we leave out on purpose
- Price talk. Nothing here is about what any token will be worth, and USDC is described only as the currency rewards are paid in.
- Earnings claims. Rewards go to the places a bounty lists, and most entrants in a competition do not reach them.
- Comparisons that score one platform against another. We say what each does, in its own words, and stop there.
- Wallet recommendations beyond what a platform itself asks for. Choosing where to keep your keys is your call.
Reporting a mistake
Write to hi@make.fun with the page and the detail that is wrong. A person reviews every report, corrects the page where it stands, and updates the date shown with it, so that date always reflects the most recent human check.
